01 How fast will my store be ready?
Starter ships in 5-7 business days from design approval. Pro takes 10-14 days. Premium + Growth takes 3-4 weeks because it includes 10 produced launch videos.
02 How do I pay?
50% deposit to start, and the remaining 50% only after you see your store live and approve it. You never pay in full upfront.
03 What if I don't like the design?
Every package includes 2 rounds of revisions on the design concept. Additional rounds are billed hourly, agreed before we start.
04 What's included besides the store itself?
A mini brand identity in every tier (palette, typography, logo concept), plus a video launch guide in Starter/Pro or 10 professionally produced videos in Premium.
05 What happens after launch?
You can continue with our Care Plan ($59/mo) for ongoing support and updates, or Care Plan + Ads ($199/mo) if you want ongoing ad guidance too.
